User Eligibility

To use ZorroRX services, you must be enrolled in a qualifying health benefits plan that has partnered with ZorroRX, or be a healthcare provider, employer, or Medicare Advantage plan working with ZorroRX.

Service Access and Usage

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Health Plan Benefits

ZorroRX services are subject to your health plan's coverage policies and benefit designs. Benefits may vary based on your specific plan. Cost savings and copay amounts are estimates and may vary. Medicare Advantage benefits are subject to CMS regulations and Part D requirements.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of ZorroRX services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the ZorroRX website and in our materials are owned by ZorroRX Inc. or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

ZorroRX services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
